The PKMN4016A cable has the 26 Pin connector for the 8300 and 4xxx mobile radios.

The other end has an USB A plug for programming and a DB-25 male for external control.

This cable appears to be used for only programming and an external mic and speaker


USB is pins 1-4 on the 26 pin connector
P 1 = USB Green
P 2 = USB White
P 3 = USB Red
P 4 = USB Blk
